We are a growing restoration and remodeling company based in New Jersey looking to build a referral‑partner sales channel. We seek a motivated individual with existing contacts in the plumbing/trade industry to connect us with plumbers who can refer jobs requiring water mitigation, mold remediation, remodels, or bathroom/kitchen upgrades.

• Reach out to local plumbers / plumbing companies.
• Present our full‑service restoration/remodeling offering – emphasize water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and remodeling work.
• Encourage them to refer jobs to us (homeowners or commercial clients) whenever plumbing reveals water damage or when clients want remodels.
• Track referrals and coordinate hand‑offs internally so our crews can follow up.
• Follow up on referred leads, schedule inspections or estimates, and help convert leads when needed (if commission‑based).

• Straight commission or base + commission (flexible).
• Commission per referral that turns into a booked job.
• Potential for higher earnings as our volume grows.

• Existing relationships or network among plumbers, plumbing subcontractors or plumbing companies around Burlington, Mercer, Somerset counties (Medford NJ region).
• Good communication, sales or networking skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, comfortable with commission‑based structure or hybrid pay.
• Willing to learn basic overview of restoration/remodel services and represent our brand professionally.

• You’re not cold‑calling random homeowners – you’re tapping into a warm network of plumbers.
• We have established restoration and remodeling capabilities – you won’t be selling a vague idea, but a real full‑service offering (mitigation, remodels, insurance reconstruction, remodeling upgrades).
• Flexibility in compensation structure.
• Opportunity for long‑term partnership: as our kitchen/bath remodeling division grows, so do your potential referrals and income.

Income potential: $95,000 to $150,000 on Target Earnings.
