Our client is a global leader in manufacturing safety products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire a National Sales Support Rep responsible for providing sales and account management support to a sales team. In this role, you will prepare reports, create presentations and maintain effective communication with clients.

This role reports to an office M-F.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the sales team
• Prepare reports and presentations from customer data to drive business
• Manage contract schedules/timelines; ensure compliance and execution
• Provide effective communication with clients; answer any inquiries in timely manner
• Maintain client profiles; ensure accuracy of all documentation and sales data
• Update and maintain online industry portals
• Manage and assist with sales administrative duties, including the credit application process
• Assist with meeting preparation; create meeting documents/presentations, gather necessary information and organize materials
• Maintain and update records; keep track of shipments: status and delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related required
• Min. 3+ years of Sales Support experience, supporting National Accounts, large system support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and with attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel - intermediate to advanced level, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) preferred
• Base Salary $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
