Accounting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration is a plus).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and general ledgers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, and Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with accounting software and basic corporate taxation (PPh, PPN) is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized in handling financial data.
• Strong integrity, analytical thinking, and good time management to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

• Record and manage daily financial transactions (cash, bank, sales, and purchases) into the accounting system.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and manage the company’s accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Coordinate with HR and General Affairs (GA) teams regarding invoice requests and supporting financial documents.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and balance sheets.
• Maintain complete and compliant documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist with external audit processes by preparing required documents.
