Finance & Accounting Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

Strong BIG 4 company background. A previous role at a Big 4 firm is mandatory.

Previous experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, or Manufacturing is required.

Proven experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Knowledge of Accounting and Taxation; holding Brevet A & B Tax Certification is an advantage.

Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements. Proficiency in Indonesian taxation regulations and practices.

Proficient in using e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-PPh, and Core Tax systems.

Understanding of basic calculation of Income Tax (PPh) Articles 21, 23, 25, and 4(2).

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accurate Accounting Software.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills up‑to‑date with applicable tax laws and regulations.
