Construction Coordinator

Coordinate the entire construction process from detailed design to facility completion, develop optimal specifications that integrate operational requirements while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations (GMP, construction, and environmental standards), and manage budgets & timelines to deliver a facility aligned with organizational objectives.

• Apply deep technical understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing to propose optimal specifications that balance quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with general contractors, TPI, and TPJ to ensure the construction stays on schedule and proceeds smoothly.
• Ensure all site work strictly fulfills our requirements and engineering standards.
• Maintain rigorous control over budget and timelines to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within the established budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/chemical/civil

• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management or coordination for pharmaceutical facilities (or related fields).
• Having a good knowledge of GMP and validation principles.
• Having a good understanding of construction project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  
  Lead cross-functional teams.
• Have a good command of MS Project, commissioning tools, and MS Office.
