• Aged 28‑35 years
• Minimum education:
  
  STM Pembangunan or SMK Teknik Bangunan; preferred S1 Teknik Sipil
• 3‑5 years of experience in residential projects or developer property
• Knowledge of site preparation: cut & fill, infrastructure, drainage, utilities, etc.
• Proficiency in managing construction of 1–2 story houses
• Ability to read structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
• Strong leadership, decisive, and able to manage workers and vendors
• Communicative with cross‑team coordination skills
• Ready to work under target pressure on the field

  Depok (as per company needs)

• Supervise field work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Control quality of contractor, foreman, and vendor work
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
• Compile progress, weather, documentation, and field challenge reports
• Ensure materials match the budget and technical specifications
• Monitor schedule, progress curve, and acceleration of the project
• Conduct field take‑off and volume calculations
• Evaluate deviations and provide swift solutions
• Guide the field team to meet quality, cost, and time targets
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Management teams

• Field supervisors who are decisive problem solvers
• Experienced in managing workers, vendors, and contractors
• Enjoy challenges and project progress targets
• Willing to grow within a developer with many active projects
• Prepared for serious work and tangible results
