Job Description

  • Membalas chat dari customer melalui platform pesan dan media sosial perusahaan.
  • Membuat invoice untuk setiap transaksi.
  • Membagikan jadwal kerja kepada petugas.
  • Jam kerja: 08.00 – 17.00 WIB dan dilanjutkan pada 19.00 – 21.00 WIB.
Job Requirements
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service / Admin CS minimal 1 tahun.
  • Cepat tanggap (WAJIB) dalam merespons pesan dari customer.
  • Aktif, lincah, dan komunikatif.
  • Mampu mengetik dengan cepat.
  • Memiliki sikap tegas dan bertanggung jawab.
  • Tidak sedang kuliah atau bekerja di tempat lain.
  • Perempuan (single).
