Training Center Asst Manager

Our client is a Manufacture (Agriculture Machinery) Company
. Currently, they are looking for Training Center Assistant Manager.
- Develop and execute the Training Center's annual strategy, business plan, and budget.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Training Center team.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve technical training curriculum, skill grading systems, training aids, and trainer development programs.
- Oversee engineer examination and certification programs while maintaining competency matrices and skill mapping.
- Plan and manage Fundamental Product Training programs for technical personnel.
- Organize Specialized and Non-Fundamental Training programs, including new product introduction, technical operation, troubleshooting, soft skills, and third‑party product training.
- Plan, organize, and monitor technical training events, skill assessments, and post‑training implementation.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of training facilities, tools, special equipment, simulators, and supporting devices.
- Monitor Training Center KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Coordinate with Headquarters in Japan and affiliated companies to align global training standards and localize training materials.
- Translate and develop technical manuals, educational materials, and training documentation.
- Manage Training Center budgeting, administrative processes, scheduling, certification events, and documentation.
- Monitor government regulations, industry standards, and certification requirements.
- Conduct audits on dealer training implementation and certification compliance.
- Identify competency gaps and recommend development programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness through modern learning methodologies and digital learning platforms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- High conversational level of English proficiency.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Training Center, Learning & Development, or Technical Service Training within the heavy equipment, construction machinery, automotive, or agricultural machinery industry.
- Proven experience in developing technical training curricula, certification systems, competency mapping, and instructional design.
- Strong leadership in people development, with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
