Position: Technical Trainer Staff

We are Japanese company are located in Depok, Jawa Barat.

Technical Trainer Staff assists the Technical Trainer Supervisor in preparing and conducting the Technical Training Program and its administration, supports the readiness of training material and aid, and helps monitor Service Network readiness on Manpower, Facility and Equipment, as well as readiness of product technical documents and Product Type Approval, under the guidance of Supervisor, Technical Trainer and Assistant Manager, Training Center.

Responsibilities:
Training Center Support

Prepare and organize Training Curriculum material, Training Aid and related documentation as directed by Supervisor, Technical Trainer

Assist in Training Annual Plan and Schedule administration, including venue, equipment and logistic arrangement

Support 4S and safety actual training implementation for Dealer

Assist Service Award program administration: data collection, assessment support and socialization material preparation

Support, examination and certification administration for staff and Dealer staff, including data recording on the skill map/competency matrix

Assist in conducting Fundamental Training program for company products (Basic to Advance )

Assist in conducting Non-Fundamental/Specialize Training program (new product introduction, operation and technical training, soft-skill training) and specific product training

Conduct Training Event administration, record attendance and result, and assist Skill Assessment Event documentation

Support Technical Contest administration and coordination logistics

Assist in designing and translating Product Digital Content and Promotion Material

Monitor and maintain training resources, including tools, special tools, equipment and supporting devices

Training Reporting & Coordination Support

Compile training activity data and prepare reports for Supervisor, Technical Trainer

Assist coordination Companies for translation/localization of training material

Translate and organize Product Technical Education Material, Product Manual and related training documentation

Assist Product Type Approval Certificate administration (SNI / Test Report)

Collect and update information on relevant government/industry regulation affecting technical certification and training standards

Support to Service Network

Assist in monitoring Service Network manpower, facility and equipment readiness

Support process audit administration for service and training compliance in the Service Network

Assist in managing Product Sample taken from warehouse until back to Sales inventory

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skill
Integrity, discipline and professional attitude
Teamwork and willingness to learn
Detail-oriented and well organized in administration
Basic technical knowledge of Yanmar products
Understand safety working environment
Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering Diploma degree;
Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; 1 year experience in a Training Center or technical/administration role is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiar with online learning system (LMS)
Good in English, Japanese is an advantage
