Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait
- Min. 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang Property Developer/Konsultan/Kontraktor
- Menguasai software design seperti Autocad, Skecthup, 3D (any) BIM, SAP/ETABS
- Teliti, analitis, dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim proyek maupun stakeholder
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi target deadline proyek
- Menyiapkan design struktur proyek sesuai dengan kaidah engineering
- Membantu proses design, khususnya disiplin struktur dan infrastruktur
- Membantu monitoring proses design dan saat konstruksi berjalan
- Berkoordinasi dan komunikasi bersama dengan kontraktor/konsultan/supplier/divisi project lainnya (seperti QS / Quantity Surveyor)
