Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with integrated accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision‑making skills.

• Prepare and review accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial closing.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of reports.
• Monitor and control cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain accuracy and security of company financial data and assets.
