Admin & Finance Controller Manager

Requirements

• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance/Management or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Finance & Accounting Asst. Manager in the Manufacturing Industry (Medical Devices preferred);
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English;
• Proficient in accounting software, minimum Accurate;
• Have good leadership, analytical, accuracy, and team coordination skills;
• Have a strong character:
  Hardworking, Adaptable, Committed, Dedicated, and Highly Ethical;
• Know about Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485, CPAKB, Halal);
• Willing to be placed in Depok - West Java.

• Prepare annual budgets and control budget realization;
• Create and manage standard costs/COGS for each manufactured product;
• Understand the manufacturing process to support production cost analysis;
• Perform cost variance analysis (material usage, raw material prices, labor, overhead);
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow);
• Perform bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods;
• Oversee inventory recording and ensuring inventory data accuracy;
• Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making (profitability, cost efficiency, ROI);
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, income tax, import duty, etc.);
• Prepare and report company taxes on time in accordance with regulations;
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government agencies;
• Prepare managerial reports to support company strategy and report financial results and analysis to the holding company on a regular basis;
• Provide training on the latest regulations, accounting systems, and financial best practices;
• Coordinate with other departments to synchronize financial data.
