Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Overview

Nashta Group is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time, permanent position based in Depok, West Java, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and driving continuous improvement to support the organisation's strategic goals.

• Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory documents
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting processes to safeguard the company's assets
• Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support decision-making
• Manage the accounting team, including training, development, and performance management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant financial, accounting, and tax regulations
• Manage daily operations in finance, accounting, and tax, including the approval and signing of bank/cash payments

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a finance, accounting, & tax management role
• Proven track record of managing a team of finance and accounting professionals
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
• Proficient in the use of financial software and systems, including ERP and accounting applications (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, Odoo)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
