, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder and leadership team to turn cutting-edge ideas into real-world execution, and execution into measurable impact. This is not a strategy-only role. It’s a high-trust, high-responsibility position for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and has the technical and operational depth to deliver projects hands-on. You will lead AI-driven initiatives across teams, fix execution gaps, and build systems that scale – because you’re personally invested in the company’s success.

• Translate the CEO’s AI vision into clear, actionable product priorities
• Drive execution of AI and automation projects across the company
• Act as the central hub of coordination for AI-enabled initiatives
• Solve high-impact product and operational problems with speed and structure
• Scale the company by embedding AI solutions into core processes

• 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth company
• Proven track record of hands-on project delivery – from design to execution – in tech/AI/digital systems
• Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with an ability to turn vision into execution
• Experience collaborating directly with executives on high-stakes projects
• Sound judgment and maturity in handling complex, sensitive, or high-pressure situations
• Bonus:
  Experience in fintech, AI-driven platforms, or founder-led companies
• Based in Indonesia to work with the team in a remote-basis
