Position: Senior Presales Engineer (IT Infrastructure)

Solution Architecting:
Merancang solusi infrastruktur end-to-end (Server, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, & Cloud) sesuai kebutuhan spesifik klien.
Technical Advocacy:
Mendampingi tim Sales dalam pertemuan klien untuk melakukan technical presentation dan demo produk yang persuasif.
Design & Documentation:
Menyusun dokumen teknis yang komprehensif, termasuk High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), dan Bill of Materials (BoM).
Tender Management:
Memimpin penyusunan respon teknis untuk dokumen RFP (Request for Proposal) dan RFQ.
Collaboration:

Bekerja sama dengan vendor/prinsipal ternama dan tim internal untuk memastikan solusi yang ditawarkan dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik.
Pendidikan:
Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
Pengalaman:
Minimal 3–5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Presales di industri IT Infrastructure.
Pemahaman mendalam tentang teknologi Virtualisasi (VMware/Nutanix).
Familiar dengan solusi Backup, Disaster Recovery, dan Network Security.
Sertifikasi:
Memiliki sertifikasi aktif (seperti VCP, NCA, CCNA, atau Cloud Architect) akan menjadi nilai tambah yang signifikan.
Soft Skills:

Kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang luar biasa, kemampuan analisis masalah (problem-solving), serta fasih berbahasa Inggris (minimal pasif).
