IT Lead Quality Assurance Tester; Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, including Test Lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
  .
• Hands-on experience in test planning, test case creation, and test execution.
• Familiar with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Test Rail, Zephyr, etc.).
• Good understanding of various testing types (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Must have ISTQB certifications.
• Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.
• Willing to work full-time and onsite in the office
• Willing to be a PKWT contract employee for the Lintasarta project

• Lead and manage all software testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and prepare test strategy, test plan, and testing schedules
  .
• Coordinate and supervise QA/Testers and assign testing tasks.
• Ensure execution of functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Track, manage, and report defects and testing progress.
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and present test reports and quality status updates.
