Role Description
  • Serve as the main focal point post-handover from the Sales team to maintain, nurture, and secure contract renewals for existing corporate accounts within the ISP and VSAT segments.
  • Collaboratively monitor network SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with technical teams (NOC/Engineers) to ensure optimal satisfaction for customers.
  • Proactively identify early signs of churn risks, manage critical escalation complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to provide swift, tactical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities within the existing client base for additional bandwidth, backup links, or value-added services to drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Conduct routine courtesy visits and periodic performance reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) to discuss network performance and maintain strong ties with key decision-makers.
  • Oversee post-sales administrative workflows, including tracking billing cycles and assisting in the resolution of any billing disputes collaborate with Finance.
Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with ISP (Internet Service Provider) and VSAT ecosystems (basic network topology, bandwidth, local loop, IP Transit, or satellite connectivity).
  • Solid understanding of SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics, network availability standards, and technical escalation workflows.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms, excel/spreadsheet and internal ticketing tools.
  • Understand commercial agreement process flow, especially renewal process.
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken) for professional and business correspondence.
  • No issue work outside office for customer visit.
