Kualifikasi Scrum Master (Pengalaman 3 Tahun) Pendidikan
- Minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi,
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, atau posisi serupa.
- Berpengalaman menangani pengembangan aplikasi/software menggunakan metodologi Agile Scrum.
- Memahami framework Scrum dan Agile secara mendalam.
- Menguasai tools Agile seperti:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Azure Dev Ops
- Trello
- Memahami SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam manajemen risiko dan stakeholder management.
