As an Export Import Executive with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will supervise, coordinate, monitor and ensure all import shipment activities from order execution to delivery of goods are on track and within KPI. In this exciting role you also will:

• Track shipment(s) daily and address delivery issues with relevant stakeholder internally and externally.
• Work in conjunction with customs broker(s) to ensure all required customs clearance procedures and documentation are complied with.
• Check conformity of import documents for correct values, commodity classifications, tariff codes and authorizations, and record delivery in SAP.
• Participate in the creation of reports or records concerning potential or verified matters of non-compliance.
• Assist with internal and/or external audits and assessments.
• Maintain records of import shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and local import regulations.
• May lead a small team of shipment administrators.
• Monitor, advise and provide training to Shipping staff with regard to the interpretation of import laws and regulations, applicable policies and procedures, and product classification.

• Bachelor in logistics or related background.
• Ahli Kepabeanan certified by Kemenkeu.
• 6+ years of experience in shipping/logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Expert in Excel and data processing.
• Expertise in customs process.
• Knowledge of supply chain dependencies and processes.
• Familiar with production process flow and scheduling.
