Operations Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team at PT Armada Kemasan Nusantara in Depok, West Java. As our Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our waste management warehousing, storage, and distribution operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our products to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in our Depok facility.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service levels

Managing and coordinating all warehouse, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Overseeing inventory management, including stock control, forecasting, and replenishment

Analyzing operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Leading, motivating, and developing a team of warehousing and logistics professionals

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise end-to-end supply chain processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the waste management, manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.

Energetic and good appearance.

Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and distribution best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools.

Effective leadership and team-building capabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Good in communication verbally and written.
