About the role Join PT Medifarma Laboratories' dynamic team as a Production Supervisor based in Depok, West Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the pharmaceutical production process to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Apothecary with minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
• Training and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB).
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capability.
• Required language(s):
  English.
• Skilled and thorough in counting.
• Experience with solid granulation products.
• Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address production challenges effectively.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality management systems.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the pharmaceutical production line, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality control measures.
• Prepare and control product schedules and work‑in‑process inventory in the area.
• Control and supervise the implementation of GMP, SOP, and Halal guarantee system.
• Conduct a consummation check of the product that is being made.
• Create a Work In Process list.
• Resolve problems that arise during the packaging process (troubleshooting) with the Production Manager.
• Create or revise the SOP used in the processing area.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, and PPIC for smooth processing.
