- Membersihkan / mengolah raw material ikan.
- Mampu bertahan di suhu dingin.

- Memastikan kualitas potongan dan kualifikasi produk sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
- Koordinasi dengan tim produksi lainnya untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi produksi.
