Persyaratan
- Pendidikan min. S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, Farmasi, Bioteknologi, Teknologi Pangan, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman min. 8–10 tahun di industri manufaktur, dengan 3–5 tahun pada posisi manajerial.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri kosmetik, farmasi, personal care, atau FMCG.
- Berpengalaman mengelola produksi skala besar dan tim lintas fungsi.
- Memahami proses manufaktur kosmetik (mixing, filling, packing, warehouse, dan distribusi internal), regulasi BPOM terkait produksi kosmetik, dan sistem mutu seperti CPKB.
- Memahami sistem manajemen mutu seperti ISO 9001, ISO 22716, dan standar terkait; serta memahami perencanaan produksi, inventory control, maintenance, serta supply chain.
- Leadership dan people management yang kuat, kemampuan analisis data dan problem solving, serta strategic planning dan operational excellence.
- Budgeting dan cost control, Project management, dan Change management.
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
