Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire manufacturing. Handling production, supply chains and warehouse. Oversee day-to-day operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and timelines and project execution. Develop and implement production plans in coordination with demand forecasts. Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Develop and manage budgets for plant operations. Identify and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality and safety. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing plant operations. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance plant performance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years experience in Production of pharmaceuticals. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, quality systems, and supply chain management. Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and relevant regulatory standards. Strong understanding of HSE standards and HR management practices. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Wiling to be relocated to Africa Region
