Nurse Medical

Job Description

• Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care to Medical Check Up participants in accordance with hospital service standards, applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of the room as well as the completeness and appropriateness of the equipment/medicine/alkes needed to ensure the smooth running of services and make it easier for patients/families to receive services.
• Carry out nursing actions according to the needs of MCU participants based on nursing practice standards.
• Prepare participants before the procedure by the doctor to prepare participants both physically and psychologically and to provide a sense of security and comfort for participants and the participant's family.
• Carry out complete documentation in participant files before, during and after the procedure to be used as a reference for medical history and reference for subsequent visits.
• Facilitate the needs of MCU participants and carry out observations before, during and after procedures by doctors to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare participants who have completed actions related to administrative needs, including further care instructions, sick certificates, referral letters, and required prescriptions, to ensure the discharge process runs smoothly.
• Provide education and consultation to MCU participants as needed to provide motivation for healthy living behavior and information on further services if necessary.
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors.
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.

• Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a general area
