Job Description s:
- Conduct development of infusion pharmaceutical products
- Prepare and execute feasibility studies and preformulation studies based on QbD principles
- Oversee and have strong understanding of formulation and manufacturing processes for infusion products
- Bachelor’s degree in Apothecary is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in infusion/sterile formulation
- Proven experience in R&D or sterile production, particularly infusion product development or manufacturing
- Direct involvement in scale up, troubleshooting, or validation of infusion/sterile formulations
- Has attended formulation-related training in pharmaceutical development
- Strong understanding and implementation of CPOB for sterile products
- Strong analytical skills in formulation development
- Demonstrates good leadership and managerial skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, target-driven, strong in literature review, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed at R&D Center Depok, West Java
