- Lead and manage formulation activities from product development through commercialization.
- Develop and optimize product formulations to meet quality, safety, efficacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and supervise formulation trials, stability studies, scale-up, and technology transfer processes.
- Lead and develop the formulation team to achieve project targets and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and other related departments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation, product development, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical quality standards.
