Production Facility Maintenance Foreman
Responsible for coordinating the team in maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment performance within the assigned area to ensure equipment availability and support smooth production operations in accordance with the company schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring to ensure equipment availability in accordance with the established maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate prompt equipment repairs following breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance and equipment-related activities in accordance with Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements.
- Coordinate equipment performance improvement initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform other activities or tasks as assigned by the superior or company.
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or related engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician/Personnel, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of maintenance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
