Quality Assurance Analyst

We are a Japanese / Multinational manufacture where is located, Depok, Jawa Barat.

Staff, Quality Assurance will be responsible to assist the Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to perform quality assurance data management & analysis for HDE production.

• Conduct product and process audit for HDE product
• Conduct trial for solving quality issues for HDE
• Daily reporting to superior for daily HDE issues in assembly line
• Follow up Market Quality Report (MQR) from dealers to related PIC in manufacturing
• Working together with after service team to solve HDE market issues
• Implement and monitor QR Code implementation in HDE
• Implement Continuous Improvement, Safety and 5S
• Genba, Genchi, genbutsu with manufacturing team for quality issues related to HDE

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both internal and external parties
• Have medium level problem solving skills
• Internal audit ISO 9001:2015
• Customer focus – Has a focus on understanding, satisfying and delivering value to external and/or internal customers. Willing to put in effort to listen and work successfully with customers to achieve “win-win” outcomes.
• Understand diesel engine both theoretically and practically
• High integrity

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Agricultural Mechanization
• Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance functions in Heavy Equipment/Agricultural Machinery Industry will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge on QMS and other QA tools
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiar with Quality Assurance system
• Fluent in English, Japanese is an advantage.
