Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, Quality Engineering, QA Specialist - Analyst/Manager
Supervise the analysis of in-process products, finished products, and raw materials, ensuring compliance with validated procedures, quality standards, and GMP requirements, while ensuring all analytical instruments and equipment are properly calibrated.
Key responsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate the analysis of finished products and raw materials
Provide backup support for the release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in coordination with the QC Authorized Person (APJ QC)
Oversee the collection of representative samples, as well as the preparation and maintenance of quality control documentation for the chemical laboratory
Ensure that testing results meet applicable testing standards, GMP and EHS requirements, as well as established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Establish and implement procedures in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Conduct laboratory investigations in case of out-of-specification (OOS) results
Prepare analytical method validation protocols and reports for raw materials
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and requirements within the Quality Operation Department
Develop training methods and materials and provide GLP training to relevant personnel
Supervise and evaluate Quality Control personnel to ensure effective performance and quality control activities
Experience RequirementBachelor's degree in pharmacy
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control
Proficient in chemical testing and instrumental analysis
Good command of computer skills
Good English skills, both verbal and written
