Melaksanakan kegiatan audit mutu secara berkala terhadap proses, prosedur, dan hasil pengendalian kualitas di seluruh area operasional perusahaan, termasuk memeriksa kesesuaian penerapan standar QA/QC, menilai efektivitas temuan inspeksi incoming, in-process, outgoing, serta menyusun laporan dan rekomendasi tindak lanjut kepada departemen dan section terkait, dalam rangka memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar mutu perusahaan, meningkatkan konsistensi proses, dan mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Pangan, Kimia, Teknik Industri atau bidang terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai QC Store di industri Food & Beverages atau retail
- Memahami terkait standar keamanan pangan seperti HACCP, GMP atau ISO 22000
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan kemampuan dalam observasi
- Detail oriented, teliti dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang kuat.
- Terbiasa dengan sistem kerja shift dan bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan ke berbagai lokasi store
