Membangun dan menjaga komunikasi yang baik, responsif, serta profesional dengan pelanggan dan rekan kerja.
Memastikan proses operasional toko berjalan dengan cepat, teliti, serta tepat waktu sesuai jadwal kerja (termasuk sistem shifting).
