Recruit Go is looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer experienced in Geosynthetic/Civil equipment/Mining equipment/etc. industry for Indonesian territory to support local distributor, grow market awareness, and drive sales across key industry sectors.

• Promote and support the sales products in Indonesia.
• Deliver technical presentations to engineering consultants and clients.
• Conduct on‑site tool‑box talks and training sessions for contractors.
• Participate in regional and national trade shows and industry events.
• Support the local distributor’s marketing and sales activities.
• Provide market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
• Liaise with UK teams for project documentation, order processing, and reporting.
• Attend quarterly online sales meetings with the UK team.

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in technical marketing, engineering sales, or similar fields.

• Salary range:
  Negotiable based on your qualification, up to IDR 20,000,000.
• Work set up:
  Home‑based role (preferably Jakarta), requiring around 50% travel for meetings, presentations, site visits, and trade shows.
