Position: Driver Management Area Lead - SPX Express (Kota Jawa Barat)
Department Operations Level Experienced  (Team Lead)
Location Jakarta The  Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Managing driver schedule compliance

Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster

Enhance driver knowledge, skills and behavior through Driver Training, Evaluation, Coaching & Performance Improvement initiatives

Provide Continuous Problem Solving to Identify issues, solve and prevention

Responsible to achieve Driver Scorecard KPIStandardize & Develop DM Supervisor knowledge, skill and capabilities

Conduct regular daily, weekly & Monthly Performance Review to ensure Scorecard KPI achieved

Collaboration with other function to execute Project related Optimization & Expansion Requirements:

Have 5 to 10 years of experience in the transport, logistics, and driver management sector, with most recent position held at a managerial level would be an advantageA minimum of a diploma degree is required

Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
