Job Description

All About Kids is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our Dental team!

We are a pediatric dental office looking to staff our growing dental clinics.

Very busy dental practice so must be easy‑going, friendly and ready to work.

Will be interacting directly with patients, doctors, insurance and answering a high volume of phones.

Qualifications

Have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service/receptionist position/front desk duties; dental experience is a PLUS but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Interacting in a high‑volume patient practice
  • Learning schedule needs – checking patients in and out
  • Computer savvy: no paper charting, all forms are completed electronically.
  • Making recall appointments and confirming schedule
  • Collecting payments and co‑pays.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, contact insurances when applicable
  • Work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions

Our ideal candidate must have strong communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills along with being able to multi‑task in a growing, high‑volume environment.

Starting Pay
  • Experienced Dental Receptionist: $20+ (depending on experience)
  • Entry Level: Starts at $18+
  • Career ladder plan offers opportunity growth every 6 months based on performance and attendance!
Hours

M‑F 8:30‑5PM, Saturdays: 7:30AM‑2PM. Every Saturday required; weekday off assigned.

Location

Danbury, Derby, Norwalk, Stamford and Bridgeport.
