Cardiology Physician

A leading healthcare organization in Southern Connecticut is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join its growing, patient-focused team. Position Highlights

• Provide comprehensive cardiac care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in both inpatient and outpatient settings

• Interpret and perform cardiac diagnostic procedures such as EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans for patients

• Participate in hospital consultations and manage ongoing inpatient cardiac care as needed

• Promote patient education, disease prevention, and lifestyle management strategies

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation

• Participate in on-call rotations as part of a supportive team-based schedule

Candidate Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license

• Echo Board Certified

• Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate
