Position Highlights
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and palliative care services to diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and specialists.
- Split focus between hospitalist duties and palliative consultative services.

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine background preferred).
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure and active DEA registration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
