Patient Safety Support Nurse

Job Description

Supports all clinical performance improvement functions and collaborates with other department team members to support patient safety and other functions of the Department of Patient Safety and Care Improvement, including data collection, management, and reporting; meeting preparation and follow‑up. Specific responsibilities include collaboration with Patient Safety Managers to support high reliability throughout the organization, collaboration with patients, patient representatives, and hospital employees to support patient relations, providing incident investigation and analysis of occurrence, and follow‑up and coordination of action plans.

  Minimum six months in a similar position.
• Computer literacy and ability to type are required.
