Overview
OR Surgical Assistant, 2:00pm to 7:00pm, 25 hours
Responsibilities- Assist with patient care in the perioperative setting, including transportation of patients, safe cleanup of the surgical suite, stocking and inventory of supplies, preparation of instruments for sterilization, and daily documentation and monitoring of sterilizers.
- Knowledgeable in patient care, sterile technique, and Universal Precautions.
- Caring attitude toward patients, and ability to switch job assignments quickly.
