• Financial oversight of sales, profit goals, payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other company initiatives.
• Demonstrate “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional associate and customer service experiences; maintain company standards consistently.
• Execute company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals.
• Act as a “talent grower”: coach, train, develop, evaluate, supervise and schedule store associates to meet staffing budgets.
• Maintain proper security of the store location and company assets.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience with a mid to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
