The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are searching for passionate beauty lovers who want to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty will provide the necessary training. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work flexible schedules to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• Available to meet scheduling needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to understand product labels and support customer service.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment.
