Facilities Coordinator
Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator supports daily facility operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role includes managing access control, tracking deliveries, coordinating maintenance needs, and providing administrative support. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
Manage the entry gate and oversee access for contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors.
Ensure security procedures are followed and maintain accurate access logs.
Delivery ManagementReceive, track, and record delivery tickets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and distribution.
Communication & CoordinationWork closely with project management, site personnel, and vendors to support ongoing operations.
Communicate facility-related updates, needs, and issues as they arise.
Record KeepingMaintain documentation related to facility operations, including access logs and safety-related records.
Administrative SupportAssist with general administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.
QualificationsExperience in facilities coordination, office administration, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with facility management systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to changing responsibilities and priorities.
