Compensation: $72,500-$90,000 BOE (Eligible for productivity bonuses)

• Review patients’ medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for 45 minutes to an hour; the expectation is a minimum of 3.5 units per visit
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Kansas or ability to obtain license
• CPR and first aid certification required
