Activities Assistant – Tutera Senior Living & Health Care

Overview – Join our team of compassionate seniors as an Activities Assistant. You will assist the Activities Director in planning and delivering activities that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

What Will You Do? As an Activities Assistant, you will:

• Assist the Activities Director with the assessment, selection, organization and implementation of activities and recreational services tailored to residents.
• Execute activities and recreational programs daily.
• Help residents engage in fun and meaningful experiences.

Do you have what it takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
