• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary)
• Recent TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
