- Benefit eligibility varies and is dependent upon employment status and location
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary)
- Recent TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
