Compensation: $29.68 / hr. DOQ

Compensation: $29.68 / hr. DOQ

- Delegate and assign projects and tasks to subordinate employees.
- Provide recommendations regarding employment-related decisions involving hiring, promotion, and all other status changes. Communicate performance expectations and monitor and evaluate employee performance through formal and informal performance reviews according to policy.
- Provide on-the-job training as needed.
- Recommend budget estimates and control expenditures for the section.
- Develop goals, objectives, and action plans for the section.
- Research and recommend new technology, products, and procedures.
- Provide department training as needed.
- Provide a monthly report to the Federal Bureau of Investigation on the department’s uses of force.
