Derby Assisted Living is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Full-Time (FT) Director of Nursing (LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse) to lead our clinical team and help ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
As the Director of Nursing LPN at Derby Assisted Living, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, mentor and develop a dedicated nursing team, and foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nursing leader who is passionate about serving seniors while building a strong, engaged team.
The Director of Nursing (LPN) is a key member of the leadership team at Derby Assisted Living and works closely with the Executive Director to promote resident well-being, regulatory compliance, employee development, and operational success.
