Customer Service Associate

Overview

We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate I to join our team at Dollar Tree Stores
. Deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presentation
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
