Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour

Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store
• Conduct inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store
• Support pick, pack and ship fulfillment work

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
• Engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
• Execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities
• If certified operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures
• Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader for all areas
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
• Be knowledgeable about the resources, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
