This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Derby, KS. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products, closing sales, maintaining customer relationships, and effectively promoting Villar's Mexico Cafe’s offerings. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the store or sales area is organized, tracking inventory needs, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and upselling
• Ability to organize, manage time efficiently, and multitask effectively
• Basic technical knowledge to process transactions using sales systems or POS software
• Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm for Mexican cuisine and a passion for connecting with customers
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
